Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation:
Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history, you may cancel the order.

  • Otherwise, you can request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds:
Once we receive returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days using the same payment method. No fees will be charged for reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must be purchased within the last 30 days.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

  • Perishable goods or items past their expiration date.

  • Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.

  • Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

Partial Refunds:
Opened or lightly used products may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your order, or part of it, arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Refund@luxmist.shop.

  • Keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us. we will ask you to send it to us by mail to our malta outlet.

  • A replacement will be sent once the damage claim is processed.

Returning Goods:
Please contact us first at Refund@luxmist.shop to arrange returns. We will provide instructions for returning your items safely.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  • Refunds cannot be processed without confirmation of returned items received.

Gifts:

  • If the product was a gift sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
